As Founder and CEO of MedShare EHR, John leads the company’s mission to close interoperability gaps and simplify the secure exchange of health data across systems and providers.
Before founding MedShare EHR, John launched and led Virtustream’s Public Sector business, growing it from inception to over $100 million in total contract value (TCV). Virtustream—a pioneering enterprise cloud startup—was later acquired by EMC for $1.2 billion, marking one of the largest acquisitions in the enterprise cloud space. His success there exemplifies his ability to scale emerging technology ventures into market leaders.
John’s career spans leadership roles at MatchRite Care, Hitachi Vantara Federal, and Chainalysis Inc., where he directed go-to-market strategies, built strategic alliances, and championed digital transformation across regulated industries. At MedShare EHR, he brings that same entrepreneurial focus to advancing healthcare interoperability through an AI-driven, enterprise-grade EHR platform built on the same infrastructure trusted by major financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies.
